Questions?

Is there a way I can get the cost down?

Yes! If you don’t need live streaming and only need the live edit, not as much prep time for events such as weddings, or if you are a non profit, we can work on ways to get the cost down.

How Long Will My Videos Be Available After The Event?

The video is available within 24 hours after the event thru your client portal. The videos will be available for download for 30 days after the event. If you are needing the RAW, Uncompressed files we may deliver those files directly on hard drive instead of the client portal.

What Do You Need From Me?

We like to have contact information for some of the event staff, the time, location, type of event, any creative visions you have for the event, etc. Every project is different so we want to make sure the proper planning has been done before the event.

 

What Assurances Do I Get?

If something goes wrong at the events, we will edit the footage, by hand, free of charge! We also use our own internet sources and utilize our own closed network. We do not rely on any of the facilities’ resources.

What is your payment policy?

We require 20% to book the date, and the rest on the day of the event.

How can I pay?

Once you have access to the client portal, your contracts and invoices are all in the system. We accept credit cards & checks.
